I drove my new 2025 Blazer off the lot on a Thursday. I called the dealership on Monday noting that something was dripping from under the engine area. They couldn't look at it until the Wednesday, a week and two days later. After about 2 hours they said there was a "recall" on some bolts in the transmission, and they'd have to keep the car while they ordered parts. They gave us a loaner comparable to my new car, but that I couldn't drive it out of town. Friday, another week gone by, they said my car was ready. I am very dissatisfied that the dealer hadn't looked for leaks before delivering the car to me, or that if there was a "recall", it hadn't been held at the dealership and repaired prior to sale. I have been loyal to Chevrolet for years, but I feel your management is lacking in this particular occasion. It has severely diminished my trust in Chevrolet.

I have a 2022 chevy 2500 bought it brand new. It’s had break issues since I bought it. Chevy knows of break issues the dealership has a bulletin on it and yet refuses to fix the issue. They want the buyer to fix the issue they know about. I’ve bought nothing but chevys up to this point but FORD is looking pretty good right now. Even after calling the Chevy customer line they offered no help. If they refer you to a dealership to look at the issue be prepared to pay for the service.

I just wanted an oil change. No tire rotation. The service person said my oil change and tire rotation was $129+. I told him I didn't want a tire rotation. He said it was still $129.+. Looks like it would be less if you didn't get the tire rotation. Ya'll need to work on that before I come back for an oil change.

I am missing a box of supplies out of my car and a beach chair after paying 2,000 + for air conditioning repair. Did no good to talk with Sam fell on deaf ears. Ha, the new beach chair still had the tags on it! Caught her in a couple lies. Claimed the camera showed the kid putting the box in my car but she wouldn’t show me the film. Don’t trust the dealership anymore if I can’t bring my car for service and leave anything in it that will not be stolen, I will not, nor will anybody else I talk to come to that dealership again. Sam was on a personal call while I got my oil changed as well when she rang me up and tried to charge me an extra hundred dollars. Very poor customer service! The customer should come first. Not personal calls. I’ve spent a lot of money at the dealership in the last two yrs. But I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in for brakes making noise and it took the mechanic 2 hours to tell me it was nothing with my brakes and the noise was coming from my trunk. I went to Mavis the following town and found out I had a loose break pad. I will not be returning.

Took almost two weeks to get parts and fix car,but in the end the front signals on both sides don't work now. Had to book hotel room for 5 night's. Have to go to Chevrolet dealership in Florida to see if they can fix the problem.

Service writers were good but my problems still exist. GM has no fix yet for the radio issues in the 2025’s and they haven’t come up with a fix for my side mirror either, and from what I understand this has been an issue since the 2023 trucks. How many years does it take to correct a safety issue with mirrors? Shame on GM. After ordering new parts for my mirror and installing them the issue remains the same. So that was just 24 hours of inconvenience for me not have a vehicle plus dropping it off and picking it up along with a waste of time for the mechanic that didn’t fix anything.

The people were friendly but I was told my 2024 Suburban would be ready for pickup on Wednesday when I dropped it off on a Monday. I called Wednesday afternoon around 3 because nobody called me. I was then told it will be ready on Friday. I knew this was going to happen and they gave me a loaner Equinox, nowhere near the vehicle I dropped off. I bet it will not be ready on Friday. Not happy as my family does not fit in an Equinox. Do better.

Vehicle in for a third time with this dealer for leaking sunroof..1st two under warranty. Also, twice in the dealer we bought it from up in Albany, NY, for a total of five!! This time we were charged $2200! (reduced to 1500). Car promised for Friday, we heard nothing, called several ti.es, no call back. Stuck withno car over the weekend. 7:30am Monday, its done.?? Asked fivedays earlier for service mgr to call us, never heard boo. Feel like we were taken for a ride here..Not sure if we'll ever be back.

My experience was very pleasant. My only two grips would be. I came in there with empty washer fluid, thinking that you guys topped off all the fluids, but you don’t. I also was looking for a sheet of paper that checked off the status of oil tires coolant all that stuff, but there was none.

I like the staff and the service was prompt and swift. The price went up AGAIN. If you guys are completely dependent on the market price of oil, will you reduce the price when oil cost drops? So, now I am paying $130 for a simple oil change and the service department did not even top off the windshield washer fluid?! To have a warning light flash on the dashboard on the second day after service is terrible. What other oversight occurred that does not have a warning light? People go to dealerships for service because they think that they are the best for their vehicle make.

I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of and an oil change. The most important request was to have the recall taken care of. I specifically told the woman with whom I made the appointment that I was coming in for the recall and while it was there they could change the oil. No recall was taken care of because you did not have the part. I wasn’t told that until I went to pay for the service! What kind of customer service is that? I can get an oil change in Surfside where I live and they rotate the tires, check belts and hoses and top off any fluids needed for the same price and I don’t have to drive all the way across town. I am supposed to be called when the part comes in, but I won’t hold my breath.

Had a 9:30 appointment for service and tire rotation I arrived early at 8:45 and was advised shouldn’t be problem to get you in early and out quickly. My truck didn’t come into shop until after 10 and didn’t finish until after 11:30 very disappointing to spend almost 3 hours for simple service with appointment as this was not a walk in.

Customer Service was terrible. Have been a customer for over 20 years. No one called me and they kept my car for a month. I had to call to find out what was going on. One excuse after another. Then when I finally went to pick it up they told me the cost was 4000.00. No one ever gave me any information before or asked if they should repair at that cost. Car was dirty with oil hand prints inside and out. They had it under a pine and it had sap on it. I had just purchased my 4th car with this dealership. I will never go there again. Worst experience I have ever had.

Brought truck in for warranty service June 3, parts ordered. Called in July & was told parts were in, scheduled service & dropped car off. Service called stated parts were not onsite, and need to reschedule for service. Brought truck back in for the parts to be installed but only one part onsite. Received call to see how appointment was, i said still waiting for another part which was now onsite but no call for it. Now have another appointment to have this part replaced. Would have been nice to have all parts replaced at same time

The people are very courteous, how ever the communication skills are lacking towards the customer? I first brought my vehicle in and it was two weeks before I spoke to a service rep and I had to call and inquire about my vehicle. This went on for over six weeks. Very frustrating and disappointing.

On July 25th, I contacted the Myrtle Beach Chevrolet/Cadillac due to a problem with my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Z71. The rear end of the truck was vibrating. I was immediately given a same day appointment to address the problem. At the dealership Dianna provided professional, courteous service. The mechanic determined that the vehicle had a wiring issue. It was repaired, same day. I was very impressed with the service I received. Five star for sure.

I thought tire rotation meant that the rear tires go forward and the front ones switch sides in the back. Instead they were just moved rear to forward.

You charge me 225.00 for test that took 15 minutes, and them said 1100.00 to fix the problem, the shift assembly, why not fix the problem instead of replacing the hole shift assembly. I can fix the problem by pushing the button on the shifter. You shouldn’t have to replace the hole shifter assembly

This dealer is the best dealer that we have used since we became Chevrolet/ GMC owners in 2005. The people that we have dealt with especially the assistant Service Manager Samantha Rivero are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, passionate, and truth are what you get right on the door. Appointments are made and kept. They listen with open ears before telling and then write down what your concerns are! The waiting area and coffee, snacks and most importantly bathrooms clean and enjoyable. Service is great, and greatly appreciated! My experiences have been great and 10 is not enough! Great dealership and their are others closer to my home!

We were visiting Myrtle Beach on vacation when our check engine light came on. We needed up towing our SUV to the dealership where we were told that our tire rail pressure sensor. We decided to have the service done. We were quoted $1700 for a job that should have cost about 1/3 of the price. Being on vacation we had no choice but to get the car fixed so we could safely get home. Unfortunately, when we picked our car up the check engine light came back on. So not only did our car not get fixed properly we were completely screwed over with the price. I would not recommend getting work done at this dealership. Frustrating and disappointing.

The customer service was very poor. We had to pump and prime updates on our vehicle's status every step of the way, with no price quote given, and the vehicle had to remain at the dealership from Monday morning - Thursday morning. When we got the vehicle back, the windshield washer fluid was not coming out of the passenger side spray, even though the windshield wiper mechanism was one of the things being looked at/repaired this service time. Overall, we were very disappointed and, more than likely, will not return, unfortunately. This was probably our first, and last, visit with this dealership/auto shop.

On the invoice I cannot find the warranty on $2000 dollars of repair work. Three days after I purchased a new Silverado on Sept 9th, the air conditioner stopped working. I dropped it at the dealership on September the 12th. I got the Silverado back late the following Tuesday afternoon, and made a trip out of state for four days. 7 days later the Ac quit working again. I called the salesman and he told me to call the service department which I did and I was told it would be October the 6th before they could take my pickup in for service. So I have been without an AC for over two weeks and there has been no concern from the salesman or dealership. Very disappointed in the first Chevrolet I have ever owned and also disappointed in the lack of customer service from the dealership.

I had to find the build of vehicle I wanted online and have it shipped to me due to the limited inventory of Corvettes in my surrounding area. I had looked for over 12 months. It was first time ever using the dealership for service. I was a bit concerned because I was previously suggested to use Palmetto Chevrolet in Conway. They booked the service and made me wait nearly a month. When I arrived, the service advisor looked in their system and then said “Oh, you have a Corvette? We don't typically work on Corvettes and our service guy who does transmissions dies several months ago and we don't have a new one.” I was left wondering why they even booked my appointment in the first place, and why they made me wait a month instead of just communicating that to me when I called to request service. For this reason, I was already a bit concerned and looking for increased communication from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet to ease my concerns about fixing my brand-new car that experienced a transmission problem with just 47 miles on it. I was concerned that the transmission would have to be repaired/replaced and what that would mean longer term. So, I was looking for a bit more communication of what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it, etc. The communication was minimal. Everyone that I spoke with was professional but seemed a bit short on time and/or communication. Not much was said when I dropped it off. They never called to inform me what was wrong or how long the repair would take to complete. I received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup, but no details. I had to ask what was done when I got to the service counter to pick it up. Then I simply was told that there was a leak, but no details. I assume that ir was from the transmission pan and that the pan gasket was replaced and it was refilled with transmission fluid, but I am not certain. It has been engaging in reverse since the repair, so I hope that is all it was and it wasn't a more extensive repair or something that may have caused wear that will manifest in a failure down the road. This was by far the most expensive new vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime, so I guess I was looking for a bit more communication to explain to me what was being done exactly and reassurance that driving it to Conway and back and then to their dealership didn't cause any longer term issues. I have no idea how low the fluid was, how much needed to be replaced, if is was simply a bad gasket or a different issue causing the leak, etc.

When I arrived, I was told that no part was ordered and was unable to be repaired. I also had an oil change and tire rotation ordered the same day and had that service completed. The staff was very nice but the fact I need to take another full day without my vehicle is not acceptable.

Avoid nice and helpful. I only have three stars because the windows are still making a noise when going up and down and the noise is now worse that when we took it is to be fixed. Tint shouldn’t make this happen. If it does, then why was it not taken off and a tint of the same darkness put back on to see if that was the true issue? Seems like it wasn’t wanted to get to the root cause of the issue.

The service team and appointment/service process was excellent .. rating would have been 5 stars if not for the ridiculous, GM and/or MYR dealership policy to charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card - which is anything but customer centric, but when charged on the GM Mastercard, it is unacceptable. I'm surprised that GM would assess a CC merchant fee on their own finance/credit card product, assessed on GM dealers, to provide GM services, to loyal GM customers !! I will likely take my GM truck back to my local (excellent) mechanic and any number of oil change/regular maintenance services that do not charge as much for services and DO NOT assess a CC surcharge. BTW, a 3% surcharge is also quite disturbing in that the CC merchant fee assessed by banks and CC companies is typically less than 2%. I probably should change my rating to one star but that would be unfair to the workers that do a good job and have to execute lousy policies.

Call to make an appointment to take my vehicle in because wi-fi and OnStar were not working. Had to wait around 2 weeks for an appointment. Should up for the appointment and left my vehicle all day and had to call to find out what was going on. Was told they updated programs and I could pick it up. Shame on me for leaving without verifying everything was working. Nothing was. Called and was told to just drop it off again. Dropped it off and again heard nothing all day. Called around 3pm to check and was told they would check on it and call me back. An hour later, nothing, so I called again. Was told the antenna was bad and they had one in stock but it needed to be painted. Once again picked up my vehicle and was told the antenna would be painted the next day and they would call me to come back for install. That was 11/7 as of today, 11/13, I have called at least 4 times and am always told they can't get an answer at the body shop but someone will call me back. Have NEVER received a call back. I have to keep calling back again and get the same run around. I'm now 3 weeks into this debacle, have no answer and extremely frustrated.

Our 2024 top-of-the-line Tahoe wouldn’t start right after we got home and parked in the driveway. Throughout the week, there was no communication unless we called, which we did repeatedly. Then, out of nowhere, we received a text saying it was ready. They blamed it on my floor mat covering the gas pedal, which is impossible with the Chevrolet custom mats we have. The wrecker service on Friday night told me it was the fuel module. We relayed that, but were still told the floor mat story. The invoice in the vehicle confirmed it was indeed the fuel module. We waited four days for a 20-minute change-out, and I had to cancel a trip because no loaner vehicle was available.

Service was done, but when I looked over my receipt I noticed that I was charged for 8qts of oil, my car has a 6qt motor, I also noticed that the RO says 0-20w Dexros oil, my engine takes 5-30w Mobil One. I texted the advisor and did not receive a message back. Someone called me and said she would check into it and call me back, no call back. I’m hesitant to drive the car if the oil is not the correct oil. Disappointing to say the least.

My vehicles problem was diagnosed quickly, however, the part is not in stock, requiring a wait of an anticipated 5 days, causing another trip back to the dealer for installation, which is why I rated my experience 4 stars rather than 5.

Very pleased with our experience with this dealership. Our salesman Tom was super knowledgeable about each vehicle and there was so pressure whatsoever to purchase. We did decide on a 2026 Chevy Tahoe and he spent over 30 minutes going over all the features and walking us through the computer programming and made sure we were completely comfortable with the vehicle. The oil change special is $99.95 with tire rotation. I had a $10.00 off coupon for service. I received an email in December for AC Delco dexos oil change showing a $20.00 rebate if done by the end of January and used the link to schedule the oil change. When I got my bill it was $108. I asked about the Rebate if I needed to submit something and they reworked the work order, and I Paid $100.43 Something isn't right with this!

As far as staff it was fine as far as fixing the issue not sure yet. I was told that the tech drove the car and it was not doing what we brought it in for but, when we pulled out it was doing it again. Going to drive and put some miles on it to see if it goes away but, not sure that will happen. Just don't understand why the tech would not feel the same thing? We are going to trade this year 100% and will probably get the same type of vehicle.

It took me almost five weeks to get tire replaced under warranty! At first it seemed it was the warranty company , could’ve been better follow up by dealership seemed like I was doing all the follwup between warranty company and dealership. Once approved took a week and half before tire was replaced! Called service manager took three days to get call back after two calls to manager and messages! Once he called he had done that was put on truck that day! He tried to make it right! I’m just worried if something really goes wrong what’s it going to be like to fix it!

The staff there were friendly. I brought my 2022 2500 HD Silverado in for an oil change AND tire rotation. The oil change was completed but they did not rotate my tires as asked to do. This was the 2nd time the tires were not rotated when asked to do. No, I did not go back inside to say something because I had another appointment to get to. I specifically asked to have the tires rotated both times and both times, it wasnt completed.

Hence, I used their courtesy shuttle service to take me home and to pick me up once service was finished. The shuttle driver (Fred) was very professional and nice.

Due to health reasons I had to delay my oil change. When I was able I wasn't able to schedule online for 2 weeks out. I contacted the Myrtle Beach Chevy dealership, and they told me to drop it off and they would see what they could do. I was contact with 2 1/2 hrs. stating my truck was ready.
